Ordering & Customization
Add your personalization details in the order notes at checkout — your name, initials, custom text, font preference, and color choice. If you have a specific design or logo, email it to messyhustlers@gmail.com after placing your order and include your order number. Not sure what you want? Just reach out and we will help you figure it out.
Yes! Send your artwork to messyhustlers@gmail.com after placing your order. For best results please send a high-resolution PNG (300 DPI or higher) or SVG file with a transparent background. Low-resolution images such as screenshots or small JPGs may print blurry — if you are unsure, send it over and we will check it before production. Not a designer? Describe what you want and we can help. Simple designs are included free — complex artwork may have a small design fee.
For custom design and bulk orders we send a digital proof before production begins. For standard personalization — name, initials, or short text — we proceed directly to keep turnaround times fast. If you would like a proof on a standard order, note it at checkout and we will arrange it.
Contact us as soon as possible at messyhustlers@gmail.com or call (408) 763-6582. If your order has not entered production we can make changes at no charge. Once production starts we are unable to modify the order — so please double-check your spelling and details before submitting.
Turnaround Times
Most standard orders are ready to ship within 3 to 5 business days. Bulk orders of 6 or more pieces typically take 7 to 10 business days. If you have a tight deadline, contact us before ordering and we will let you know if we can accommodate it.
Rush orders are available subject to our current production schedule. Contact us at messyhustlers@gmail.com or call (408) 763-6582 before placing a rush order so we can confirm we can meet your deadline. Rush orders may incur an additional fee.
We recommend ordering at least 2 weeks before your event to allow time for production and shipping. For bulk orders or complex custom designs, 3 to 4 weeks is ideal. When in doubt, reach out and we will give you an honest estimate.
Shipping & Delivery
Yes! We ship personalized gifts and custom apparel to all 50 states. We are based in Lathrop, California and ship from the Central Valley. Most orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days after production is complete depending on your location.
Free shipping on all orders over $50. Orders under $50 are charged a flat rate calculated at checkout based on your location. Shipping costs are always shown before you complete your purchase.
Yes — once your order ships you will receive an email with your tracking number. If you do not receive it within 24 hours of your expected ship date, check your spam folder or contact us and we will look into it right away.
At this time we ship within the United States only. If you are an international customer, contact us at messyhustlers@gmail.com and we will see what we can arrange.
Local Pickup
Yes! Local pickup is available in Lathrop, CA. We also serve customers throughout the Central Valley including Tracy, Mountain House, Stockton, Modesto, and Manteca. Contact us at messyhustlers@gmail.com or call (408) 763-6582 after placing your order to arrange a convenient pickup time.
Place your order online and note "local pickup" in the order notes at checkout. We will contact you when your order is ready — usually within 3 to 5 business days — to arrange a time. We respond within 24 hours Monday through Saturday.
Returns & Refunds
Because every item is made to order and personalized specifically for you, we cannot accept returns for personalization errors made by the customer — for example a misspelled name submitted at checkout. Please double-check all details before completing your order.
If there is a mistake on our end or your item arrives damaged, we will reprint or fully refund your order. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at messyhustlers@gmail.com with a photo of the issue and your order number.
Bulk & Group Orders
Absolutely — bulk orders are one of our specialties! We work with businesses, schools, sports teams, event planners, and families throughout the Central Valley and across the USA. We handle orders of all sizes. Visit our Bulk Orders page for full details.

Bulk pricing starts at 6 pieces. The more you order the more you save — we offer tiered pricing so larger orders get better rates. Contact us for a custom quote.
Yes — a 50% deposit is required to begin production on bulk orders. The remaining balance is due before pickup or shipment. This allows us to source materials and begin your order promptly so you receive it on time.
